Description
- Highly absorbent melatonin formula. Two sprays provide 3 mg of melatonin.
- Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome.
Ingredients
- "Each 2 sprays (.44 ml) contains: Melatonin (N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine), synthetic, 3 mg. Glycerin, citric acid, orange flavour, purified water, ethyl alcohol. Contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners, wheat, animal products, soy or nuts. Does not contain genetically modified ingredients."
Recommended Dosage
- Adults: Take 2 sprays once a day, at or before bedtime. For Jet lag: Take 2 sprays once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.
